Guest & Event Guidelines
RESPECT THE PROPERTY

Please care for plants, trees, stone walls, and gardens. Clients, guests and event participants are strictly prohibited from conducting any business within the cemetery rows.
Rice, confetti, balloons, glitter, fog machines, and pyrotechnics are prohibited.
Flower petals, bird seed, sparklers, and bubbles are allowed outside.
DESIGNATED CONTACT

Assign one point person for your event who is available to communicate with our on-site coordinator, separate from those managing event activities.
GUEST CONDUCT & COURTESY

Guests must act responsibly and respectfully. The LSC reserves the right to remove unruly individuals and involve law enforcement if necessary.
Children are the responsibility of their guardians at all times and must stay out of the cemetery, off of the stone walls, and out of any gardens.
DECORATION & CANDLES

Use only drafting/painting tape for decorations; no nails, staples, or adhesives on walls. Flame candles are strictly prohibited; battery-operated candles are allowed.
You may use designated areas for photography; all times coordinated with your schedule. Signs may be posted at the front entrance but not on trees or covering our signage. We may also use photos for marketing.
Guests may use designated parking areas (gravel/grass) with accessible spaces available.
No pets are allowed on the property, service animals are always welcome.. The chapel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted in the far parking area with provided ash buckets.
Clients are responsible for clean up immediately following the event. Please ensure all decorations and items are removed without damage. Clients are required to take all garbage, recycling and left over supplies with them when they leave the chapel. The chapel does not have waste removal services.
